What is the “Annual General Meeting of All Parents”?
In accordance with the School's Constitution, parents and legal guardians of children attending our school automatically become members of the 'Polish Parents' Association of Tadeusz Kosciuszko School'.
Polish Parents' Association is a charity organization that runs our School.
Once a year, the Management Board (Trustees) organizes a General Meeting, to which all parents are entitled to attend. At the General Meeting, the Principal, Head of Trustees and Treasurer report on their activities in the previous school year. Parents present at the meeting elect new parents.School trustees, who will be responsible for its management for the next term of office. Discussions also take place and decisions related to future activities are made.

Annual General Meeting 2022
The General Meeting for 2022/2023 will be held on November 18, 2023 (Saturday) at 9:30
at the school premises, in the Cloisters.
During the meeting, the Chair of Trustees, Headteacher and Treasurer will present their reports for the previous term. The parents present at the meeting will elect a new board (trustees). The budget for the 2023/24 school year will also be presented.
General Meeting 2021
The General Meeting for 2021/2022 was held on November 19, 2022 (Saturday) at 9:10
on the Zoom platform.
During the meeting, the President, Director and Treasurer presented their reports for the previous term. The parents present at the meeting elected a new board (trustees). The budget for the 2022/23 school year was also adopted.
